To get more Google reviews, ask happy customers directly and make it easy with your Google review link or QR code, which you can create from your Business Profile. Do not offer incentives: Google's policies prohibit free or discounted goods or services in exchange for reviews.

Share your review link

Google lets you create a link or QR code that opens the review form. Put it on receipts, emails and your website.

Ask at the right moment

Right after a job is finished or a product is delivered works best.

Reply to reviews

Google recommends responding to reviews. Thank positive reviewers and answer criticism calmly.

What not to do

  • No incentives or discounts for reviews
  • No asking only happy customers to review (review gating)
  • No fake or employee reviews
